Replace the word "anxiety" with the word "worrying" and you have something that I've tried to tell both my mother and myself about 1,000 times. Being a chronic worrier runs in our blood I suppose, and it will likely take hearing this 10,000 times before it starts to gain any traction in our heads. This is a great sentiment though, and I will match it with one of my mom's.
