Behavioral scientist @katymilkman's research reveals something fascinating: how we *frame* today can completely change our motivation to change.
In one of her studies, she invited people to sign up for goal reminders to achieve their goals on the exact same day — but described it differently to two groups. One group heard "first day of spring," the other heard "third Thursday in March."
