LISTEN. Making lists has been a theme in Happiness so far, from the things that made life worth living for Manhattan's Alvy Singer to the sources and springs of delight to today's modest and moving final list of life's small and saving graces. It all reminds me of Matt Haig's list in Humans. Lots of good happiness advice there, never mind that it comes from an extraterrestrial and is directed to a particular young human.

ReplyDeleteLists definitely help us see what we are thankful for. They allow us to sort through the negativity of life and express what brings us true happiness.
