  1. That was so moving! There really is so much joy to be found in caring after friends and family. Especially via food. Food does the wonders. (Attense)

    1. Food and wine (etc.) and conviviality... Like Plato's Symposium.

      And Nora's choice not to burden her friends with her health crisis is admirable, though sometimes in such situations friends feel cheated of an opportunity to empathize and offer solace.

  2. I absolutely loved this reading! I honestly didn't want it to stop and seriously am thinking about reading the full book! The full circling of her getting surgery then the divorce and the news about Nora back-to-back was amazing in timing and overall was a great read!
