Free Month of Mindfullness

 https://dynamic.wakingup.com/redeemMonth/68e0dd

Hello all,

Banking on the link working, I just wanted to post this that will lead you to a free month of the same meditation app that I use called "Waking Up". I've been using it for about two years now and, based off of my own results, and those of friends and other fellow users of the app, would be truly shocked if one was to try out the introductory course on here (28 ten minute sessions) and report back that they did not experience any benefits or positive takeaways.

Coincidentally, this also is relevant to my presentation. My personal view is that our mind is (essentially) the only tool we really have as humans (all Home Depot appliances considered) and integrating pro-brain habits into our daily lives such as mindfulness, reading, or participating in some creative endeavor, plays an integral role in achieving a "happy life".

Best of breaths.

  1. Thanks, Jake. There's more than one way to be woke, evidently. Sam's version of meditative wakefulness surprises some, who for some reason expect atheists to be a- or anti-spiritual.
