  1. The further we get into this semester, the more I've come to appreciate mindfulness and implement it into parts of my life. The post sums up one of my absolute favorite methods of mindfulness: doing nothing on my couch. It's become more rare these days, but just sitting on the couch watching tv and playing some games can be the absolute best. Somedays, it can feel like a waste, but after particularly long, particularly stressful days, it sometimes feels like there's no better reward. To me, this peace, just sitting there doing my dumb little activities, is mindfulness.
